  • Oversee the integrated marketing strategy and digital marketing campaigns to coaches, athletes, donors and FCA staff by supporting FCA’s advancement areas including Donor and Board Advancement, Ministry Advancement, Talent Advancement and International.

  • Strategically direct FCA’s digital presence and messaging through websites, email and social media platforms while coordinating with contractors to daily manage channels.

  • Oversee social advertising and retargeting efforts to grow and expand FCA’s social media presence. This includes deploying an annual targeted ad and remarketing campaign to increase camp registrations with over 2 million impressions, 647,704 unique ad views, 29,216 ad clicks and 1,160 total camp registrations in 2018.

  • Manage email marketing including a weekly internal email to FCA staff, targeted monthly emails to FCA constituents and develop and deploy email templates to support FCA field staff’s email marketing efforts. 

  • Manage a team of outside contractors for ongoing design, content or digital support needs.

  • Provide in-person training and presentations to hundreds of FCA staff in marketing and communications strategy, social best practices and marketing resources. 

  • Supported FCA’s major branding initiative working in concert with brand agency, Prophet. Provided guidance in brand research and assisted in final output of positioning statements and brand identity. 

  • Worked closely with FCA leadership in launching and implementing new Fulfilling the Vision brand work.

  • Discovered, built and launched a marketing technology platform, FCA Suitespace, to serve over 1,700 field staff’s needs in marketing and communications by providing a cloud-based software solution to customize print and digital marketing assets. Create new content monthly and provide ongoing webinars, training and best practices.
